No Tuna, No Worries

No Tuna, No Worries

I threw this unreal meal together in a flash. So damn delicious and nutritious! Barbell Biltong is a very convenient source on protein. If you're getting sick of cracking open cans of Tuna in attempt to eat healthily - then good on you smelly breath, but I'd rather eat Barbell Biltong.
1. Microwave that damn sweet potato!
2. Cut yoshelf an avocado
3. Lay down a handful of Barbell Biltong
4. Devour!
5. Produce ketones
Most people eat biltong by itself (which is awesome) but it's so good as your protein source within meals.

My order, packet of 8, arrived in 2 days, as promised.
Q: if biltong is 47% protein, 22% fat and 1% sugar what’s in remaining 30%?

This was amazing, you jerky is so good on its own and in meals. Thanks!
