I threw this unreal meal together in a flash. So damn delicious and nutritious! Barbell Biltong is a very convenient source on protein. If you're getting sick of cracking open cans of Tuna in attempt to eat healthily - then good on you smelly breath, but I'd rather eat Barbell Biltong.
1. Microwave that damn sweet potato!
2. Cut yoshelf an avocado
3. Lay down a handful of Barbell Biltong
4. Devour!
5. Produce ketones
Most people eat biltong by itself (which is awesome) but it's so good as your protein source within meals.
