This website is operated by Barbell Foods. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Barbell Foods. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you're agreeing to the terms below. If that's not your thing, that's okay but you'll need to close the tab.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, who handle the e-commerce heavy lifting so we can focus on making great food.
The basics
You need to be a legal adult in your state or territory to use this site. Don't use our products for anything illegal, don't transmit viruses or malicious code, and generally don't be a bad human. Breaking these rules means we'll terminate your access, and we'll be very disappointed in you.
General conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Some information transmitted through the site may travel unencrypted across networks. Your credit card information is always encrypted though, we're not monsters. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit any part of our service without written permission from us.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, but we're human. Don't make major life decisions based solely on what you read here. We can update or change content at any time and aren't obligated to notify you when we do.
Prices and products
Prices can change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time. If we do, we won't be liable to you or anyone else for that change. Some products are only available online and in limited quantities so if it's gone, it's gone.
Your order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if we suspect something dodgy is going on like bulk buying for resale without talking to us first. If we cancel your order we'll do our best to let you know via the contact details you provided. Please make sure your account and payment information is accurate and up to date so we can get things sorted quickly.
Third-party tools and links
We use some third-party tools and our site may contain links to external websites. We don't control these and aren't responsible for what they do with your data or how they operate. Use them at your own discretion and check their own policies if you're unsure.
Your comments and submissions
If you send us ideas, feedback, or content whether we asked for it or not, you're giving us the right to use it freely. We're not obligated to keep it confidential or compensate you for it. Be a good person in any content you submit: no illegal material, no viruses, no impersonating someone you're not.

Errors and omissions
Occasionally things slip through like wrong prices, typos, outdated info. We reserve the right to correct these at any time, including after an order has been placed. We'll always try to handle it fairly.
Prohibited uses
Don't use our site for anything unlawful, harmful, or just plain awful. That includes fraud, harassment, discrimination, spamming, scraping, or anything else that would make your mum ashamed of you. We'll terminate access without hesitation if you do.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We can't guarantee the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Our products and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Barbell Foods and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
Indemnification
If your actions cause us to cop a legal claim or demand including legal fees, you agree to cover that. Play nice and this section will never matter.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms, alongside our other policies, represent the full agreement between you and Barbell Foods.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We're an Aussie business and proud of it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always live on this page. Continuing to use our site after changes are posted means you accept them.
