We do our best to make products you'll love, but sometimes things go wrong. If you aren't happy with your purchase or encounter any problems, please reach out to us anytime and we'll make it right.

Refunds

We're only human and occasionally make mistakes. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away and we can arrange free replacements or a refund. We'll also make sure to fire the responsible party (unless it was me) and unfriend them on Facebook.

How returns work

To submit a return request through your account:

Log into your online account

Navigate to My Account → Order History

Find the order you'd like to return and select "Return items"

Choose the item(s) you're returning, select a reason, and add any extra details that might help us understand the issue

Submit your request and you'll receive a confirmation email straight away letting you know we've got it

Alternatively, if you'd prefer to skip the account process altogether, you can get in touch with us directly instead (see contact details below) and we'll take care of it for you.
