We'll be upfront, sometimes the postie gets it wrong or your order takes a little longer than expected. It happens. But for the most part, Australia Post are a solid crew and our trusted logistics partner.

We currently ship within Australia only so no international orders just yet.

Getting your order to you

Standard shipping is free on all orders. We process all orders as soon as possible (usually next business day) and delivery timeframes vary for each state/territory. The below timeframes are estimates from dispatch and only count business days:

NSW / VIC / ACT: 2 - 4 business days

QLD / SA: 3 - 6 business days

WA / NT: 7 - 10 business days

If you can't wait that long (we get it, biltong is urgent), express shipping is available for $12..

Keeping tabs on your parcel

Once your order has been picked up by Australia Post, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If it doesn't show up in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder as some of our customers find it hiding in there. You can also track your order directly on the Australia Post website.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, contact us at hello@barbellfoods.com.au. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
