We're not creepy. Here's our privacy policy...

Running a food business means we need some of your personal information to get your order to you. We'll keep it simple, honest, and jargon-free. Promise.

What information we collect

When you visit our site we automatically pick up some basic device information. Things like your browser type, IP address, and how you found us. We do this through cookies, log files, and tracking pixels (standard stuff, nothing sinister).

When you actually buy something, we collect what we need to get it to you: your name, billing and shipping address, payment details, email, and phone number. We call this your Order Information, and it's the stuff that actually matters.

How we use it

Your Order Information is used for one main job: getting your order to you. That means processing payment, arranging shipping, and sending confirmations. We also use it to spot dodgy orders and fraud, and occasionally to send you information about our products, but only if that's something you're into.

The device data helps us understand how people use our site so we can make it better. That's it.

Who we share it with

We use Shopify to run our store and Google Analytics to understand our traffic. That means both have access to some of your data. You can read Shopify's privacy policy here and Google's here.

We may also share your information if the law requires it eg subpoenas, warrants, that kind of thing. We'd rather not, but we don't have much choice in those situations.

Targeted advertising

We do run targeted ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. If that's not your thing, you can opt out:

Your data, your call

We keep your order information on file unless you ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll sort it.

We don't respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers not because we're evil, just because there's no consistent standard for how they work yet.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this from time to time if our practices change or the law requires it. Nothing sneaky.
