Ingredients:
  1. One avo
  2. Barbell Biltong
  3. Spoon

Methodology:

  1. Be in a rush (this is important)
  2. Run to the kitchen
  3. Slice avo in half, knife the seed and bin it
  4. Hand full of "The Benchmark"
  5. Combine and mix. Get messy
  6. Run out the door, don't trip down the stairs.
