Shaking like this demands relaxation in the upper traps and shoulders, somewhere I carry tension. The shake at the end there is harder than it looks. The movement does not come from throwing the head of the shoulder forward. Rather, it is generated from the mid back; rhomboids.
Give it at try, unless you're too much of a whimp to look silly.
