We love biltong, but not just any Biltong - we’ve gotten used to the best, and the rest doesn’t cut it. Now we’re not saying our biltong is the best there can be; certainly not. One day perhaps, when old men, we’ll be confident in saying that Barbell Biltong is the best Biltong ever created and will ever be. But for now, the only thing we’re confident in, is that our biltong is currently the best there is, and the only people we suspect may be able to make any better, are ourselves. You see; we’re not fixed to any given recipe or method, we’re focused on the best biltong eating experience a human can have. Each cycle we make small variations of our favourite recipe; altering one variable at a time. This is how our current flavour was developed. We’re on the search for something better, and I’m not even optimistic that it exists. But be certain that if it does, we’ll find it. And you; our tribe, will receive it.
Chewing the meat is finding what works for you, whether that’s keto, paleo, vegan cat, carnivore or any combination. So I encourage you to experiment with different diets, find what works and what doesn’t.
