We’ve just hung another huge amount of juicy steaks. Our systems are getting more and more efficient and so is the consistency of our biltong.

Our time in the kitchen (and all of our time working on Barbell Biltong for that matter) has been about implementing systems to get tasks done efficiently. Striving always to streamline our processes makes work easier and faster. It has been an important lesson never to become too comfortable with the way things are already done as there will always be a better way out there.
