Our time in the kitchen (and all of our time working on Barbell Biltong for that matter) has been about implementing systems to get tasks done efficiently. Striving always to streamline our processes makes work easier and faster. It has been an important lesson never to become too comfortable with the way things are already done as there will always be a better way out there.
Gram for gram, and calorie for calorie liver is the most nutrient dense food you can find. It truly knocks muscle meats out of the park in every vitamin and mineral, and is abundant in many essential nutrients that are either scarce or non-existent in plant foods.
Chewing the meat is finding what works for you, whether that’s keto, paleo, vegan cat, carnivore or any combination. So I encourage you to experiment with different diets, find what works and what doesn’t.
