This is the way we impress a guest at the biltong household. They’re generally unimpressed by our lack of furniture so we try to distract them with a big biltong platter.

Our most recent guest barely ate a thing and left the rest behind for us to feed on. Our day started with the fresh food platter in our wild and relaxing backyard.

These are all of the simple ingredients we love to mix together on a biltong platter. Spotted on there was some capsicum, asparagus, carrots and tomatoes, among other things. When you’ve finished up, make sure to wash it down with some super-duper-sour kefir milk.
