My favourite type of training is the intense type. I enjoy not knowing if I truly have the strength to reach my target. Failing the goal is humbling, and a success feels ecstatic.
Going into the set I need to get my mind 100% ready. I like getting the music loud - it’s something that motivates me to bring the energy. A little caffeine always goes a long way too, @bellerophoncoffee got me through this session.
