Lift a rock, it's good for ya

It's been years since I had a gym membership and I still remember when I thought I needed fancy equipment to get a work out. This is a throw back to last year when Rory and I were training as 'naturally' as we could. We'd lift heavy rocks, swing from ropes, swim in the lake, climb trees and sprint once a week. Best part about it was being outdoors. It felt very... human. Love, Luke.
