'Wet' biltong is softer as it hasn't dried as much and is typically fattier. It has a shorter expiry, should be kept in the fridge and eaten within 3 weeks.

  • Certified organic grass-fed & finished Australian beef, white vinegar, sea salt, coriander seed, black pepper, cloves, cayenne pepper and rosemary extract. The Burn has added chilli.

    Free from preservatives, dairy, gluten, soy and sugar, our biltong has a 12 month best before date.
