Reasonably priced, great biltong delivered to my door. What’s not to like?
Ordered the 1kg grass fed dry steaks. I couldn’t believe the amount of meat that was, and how good it tastes. I was expecting about a third of that much. Love cutting up my own bolting. I run outdoor trips for schools and I’m always looking for healthy foods to eat out on the bush. This willl allow me to eat high quality grass fed meat and keep my pack light.

I was a bit reluctant to try the "carnivore" biltong, as I was so enamoured with "benchmark" and (when feeling adventurous) "burn".
Amazing how much flavour there is in the carnivore biltong for such a simple recipe, just vinegar and salt... Testament to the exquisite quality of meat being used here, and no doubt something to do with a very fine tuned curing process and perfect balance of those minimalist seasonings.
Carnivore is perfect when you want something that's gentler on the stomach.

Carnivore steaks are simply beef, salt, and vinegar - who'd have thought something so simple could be so delicious! The steaks are cheaper, better value than sliced biltong, and I enjoy cutting them up.
