The Benchmark
When we found the benchmark our faces were beaming with grins - we had struck gold. We nicknamed our original spice, The Benchmark as it well & truly set the standard for the best biltong we had ever had.
The Burn
The Burn is our mild chilli spice and a true athlete's food. Abiding by the KISS principle, we simply added a lot of f**king chilli to our Benchmark spice.
Ingredients

Certified organic grass-fed & finished Australian beef, white vinegar, sea salt, coriander seed, black pepper, cloves and cayenne pepper. The Burn has added chilli.
Free from preservatives, dairy, gluten, soy and sugar, our biltong has a 12 month best before date.
