There are no farmed kangaroos in Australia. In fact, due to modern changes to our landscape and a lack of predators, there's an environmental need to control their numbers.
Kangaroos are wild, abundant and healthy eating - we're happy to see a shift towards utilising this unique Australian resource.
Regenerative farming principles mimic the natural cycle of nature. Using cattle to stimulate growth and fertilise soil, regenerative farming can put more carbon back into the soil, than is being taken out - a true regenerative cycle.
We do our best to source our beef from farmers practising regenerative agriculture.
