1KG SEA SALT AIR DRIED STEAK

Whole biltong steaks are for those who like to slice their own.

Cutting biltong is strangely satisfying, plus you're less likely to gulp down the entire bag in one go. It's best to cut biltong against the grain by placing the knife on the short side of the steak.

If you prefer soft biltong that's less chewy, we recommend you buy our pre-sliced biltong instead because our machines can cut it thinner than it's possible to cut it by hand.

Our carnivore biltong is only spiced with sea salt and is perfect for those following the carnivore diet - or a great snack for the kids if they find our other biltong flavours too spicy.

Ingredients

Organic grass-fed & finished Australian beef, gluten-free white vinegar and sea salt.

Free from preservatives, dairy, gluten, soy and sugar, our biltong has a 12 month best before date and is best kept in the pantry or fridge.

Incredible quality, healthy snacks. What more could you want!?

Ordered the 1kg grass fed dry steaks. I couldn’t believe the amount of meat that was, and how good it tastes. I was expecting about a third of that much. Love cutting up my own bolting. I run outdoor trips for schools and I’m always looking for healthy foods to eat out on the bush. This willl allow me to eat high quality grass fed meat and keep my pack light.

Great value for money, especially if you jump on the subscription. Love it Barbell keep up the good work!

DELICIOUS!!!

I was a bit reluctant to try the "carnivore" biltong, as I was so enamoured with "benchmark" and (when feeling adventurous) "burn".

Amazing how much flavour there is in the carnivore biltong for such a simple recipe, just vinegar and salt... Testament to the exquisite quality of meat being used here, and no doubt something to do with a very fine tuned curing process and perfect balance of those minimalist seasonings.

Carnivore is perfect when you want something that's gentler on the stomach.

Best ever!!

I’m already a massive fan of all the Barbell products - but this is the first time I have ordered the whole Carnivore Steaks!!

Simply Delicious & Great Value

Carnivore steaks are simply beef, salt, and vinegar - who'd have thought something so simple could be so delicious! The steaks are cheaper, better value than sliced biltong, and I enjoy cutting them up.
